The 2022 Bilmore Shiraz is no exception, a rich and full flavoured wine with hints of ripe satuma plums, blackberries, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice spice. It’s a quintessential Barossan Shiraz, packed with ripe fruits and a pleasing tannin length that reflects the essence of the Barossa Valley.
