TASTING NOTES Vibrant crimson in colour. On the nose is a subtle combination of strawberries and cream, raspberry and summer roses. The palate explodes with red berries and raspberry frogs, finishing with bright, crisp acidity. Serve freezing cold!
FROM THE WINEMAKER 'Following on from our famous Grenache rosé, I wanted to create a wine that pays homage to the original style whilst exhibiting subtle evolution. I incorporated Cabernet Sauvignon fruit as well as Grenache to create more wine like complexity, increase acidity and improve the wines natural colour.
