"Rich and dark in colour that matches the bouquet - rich and dark fruited with blackberry and roasted plums, there’s a black olive note just before the spice and smoke of wood layers in. Dry on the palate with the impact of tannins and acidity biting first, these are contrasted by the fleshy core fruits. The wine has a bold muscley frame and fleshy chewy core. It’s balanced and well made with a decent finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+".

91 Points. The Real Review, 01 Jul 2025. A deep, dark plummy red in appearance. Lifted and leafy aromas, along with blackberry, ferrous earth, dried herbs and pencil shavings. Firm, grippy and structured on the palate. Cassis, dark cherry and spice flavours hit the palate first, then some seriously grippy and textured tannins kick in and partner with bright acidity to deliver length and mouth-feel.

Deep crimson in colour with a magenta hue. Intense aromas of blueberries, violets and maraschino cherry, with nuances of dark berries and French oak. Silky and vibrant, the wine bursts with intense black fruits, the palate is structured with the mid-palate balanced by fine, long tannins.
