Established in 1975, Yarra Burn was the first Yarra Valley winery to produce a sparkling wine. Their prosecco is pale straw with a lively natural effervescence. It displays aromas of fresh pear with hints of grapefruit pith and baker’s yeast. The palate is lively with flavours of pear and pistachio. It is elegantly structured, with a fine balance of sugar, tannin and acidity.
