TASTING NOTE

COLOUR/APPEARANCE Pale straw with a lively natural effervescence.

BOUQUET Lifted fresh pear with nuances of grapefruit pith and baker’s yeast.

PALATE Crafted as an alternative refreshing fruit driven style, the palate is lively with flavours of pear and pistachio. It is elegantly structured, with a fine balance of sugar, tannin and acidity.

FOOD MATCH Excellent with light and fresh seafood.
