From the Loire Valley with love, the Monmousseau Brut Etoile is a world-leading sparkling wine representing stunning value and taste. Aged for a year in underground tunnels - Monmousseau's very own secret pantry - the Brut Etoile adheres to the rigorous winemaking process of France's best champagnes, producing a flavour that is clean, fruity and sublime to gulp down.

70% Chenin blanc, 30% Chardonnay (sometime referred to as “pineau de la Loire”) Aged for 18 months on lees imparts a touch of bready, yeasty complexity. This method traditional sparkling shows excellent finesse of mousse and purity of fruit with citrus, pear notes with a long fine consistent bead of bubbles
