Palliser Estate Chardonnay from Martinborough, New Zealand is clear, bright and pale lemon in colour. On the nose you'll find rich aromas of freshly baked tarte tatin, citrus blossom, nectarines, vanilla pod, nougat and hazelnut. On the palate the decadent flavours continue with notes of nutty biscuit, peaches and a creamy and opulent texture. This complex Chardonnay has incredible length, with the help of gentle acidity that delivers a longer fresh finish. Enjoy now with roast pork or chicken, or a rich risotto. You can also cellar for a few years to drink at it's best.
