Palliser Estate Martinborough Pinot Noir is ruby in colour with an intense nose of black cherry, plums, eastern spice and charcuterie.
With a gentle hint of forest floor and lightly charred French Oak, this wine is rich, velvety and full-bodied but with delicate tannins making it a very balanced and elegant Pinot Noir with a lingering finish. It will cellar well, between 10-15 years or can be enjoyed young and juicy with duck dishes.
