Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay is golden straw in color and opens with aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spiced pear. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavors of grilled peach, lemon pie crust, graham cracker, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasty oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Enjoy with grilled halibut with lemon caper butter, roasted pork tenderloin, garden salad with gorgonzola and toasted pecans, grilled prawns, bacon-wrapped dates, or sip it on its own as an aperitif.

    If you like big gutsy chardonnay then this is a good example. A good food wine as it has lots of fruit and and oak, not for the faint hearted!

    Bloody great old-fashioned gutsy chardonnay with lots of fruit and oak for a lovely depth of flavour and lasting finish. Absolutely great with crayfish, scallops and prawns.

    I like this big full bodied Chardonnay style and with the added flavour of the bourbon barrels it is different but not for the faint hearted. A great food wine we love it.

    Big bold Chardonnay

    If you Chardonnay with some grunt this is the one full bodied but not over the top with oak. Love this wine but obviously not for everyone.
